This certificate was handed to Mr. Sharif Emara, COO of Arabian Bemco by Mr. Khamis M. Al-Hajri, Company Representative of Saudi Aramco Northern Area Capital Program Management and by Mr. Mohammad A. Al-Hatlani, Project Sponsor Manager of Saudi Aramco Ras Tanura Producing Department, during a ceremony held on 2nd July 2018.
In February 2016, Saudi Aramco awarded to Arabian Bemco, as Lump Sum Turnkey contract, the engineering, procurement and construction of the Closed Relief System & Flare Gas Recovery System at Abu Safah and Qatif Central Producing Facilities located in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
